extended return period for holiday season: for all jewelry purchases made online between november 17 and december 19, returns will be accepted until january 5, 2025.
please complete your return request via this form. you must provide your order number and delivery postal code. once your request is validated, you will receive a prepaid return label by email. follow the return instructions on the label.
