engraving

the engraving carried out by le gramme is laser engraving. it is presented to you on the personalization page of the site.

in fact, each engraving style has a maximum number of characters, depending on the jewelry you wish to engrave. the maximum number of characters is indicated when personalizing your jewelry.
only the Latin alphabet can be engraved, you may also use punctuation as well as the heart (filled) or infinity symbols. 

the time limit for receiving personalized jewelry is 15 working days from the date the order is placed.

if you’d like to confirm your size before finalizing your engraving, you can initially order your jewelry and contact our customer service at eshop@legramme.com to inform us of your request. we’ll guide you through the process for returning your piece to have it engraved as you wish.

note: engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

personalized jewelry is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

if you wish to cancel a personalization you have ordered, simply contact customer service on the day of the order before 2 p.m. UTC+1 (or the next day 2 p.m. UTC+1 if the order was placed after this time). after this time, it will no longer be possible to cancel your personalization request.

payment

on our eshop, it is possible to pay for your order by credit card (visa, mastercard, american express). your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order on our eshop. Paypal payments are also accepted, as well as Apple Pay and Alma.

if you are a residenti in Europe, you can pay for your order in 3 or 4 installments free of charge thanks to our partner Alma. you can also use your paypal account to pay in multiple installments.

- without personalization: order placed before December 19 at midnight (UTC+1)

in the European Union, delivery is free for any order with a purchase amount greater than €200 including tax, and it is charged €15 for orders worth €200 including tax or less.

outside the European Union, delivery is free with no minimum purchase amount.

taxes and customs fees are included in our prices and covered by le gramme.

if you’d like to place an order for a destination not listed, please contact our customer service at eshop@legramme.com with the destination country and the items you wish to order (reference, name, size, finish, etc.).

for any order without personalization, the delivery time is 4 working days after the date the order is placed within the European Union, and 7 working days for shipments outside the European Union.

for personalized orders, the delivery time is 15 working days after the date the order is placed within the European Union, and 20 working days for shipments outside the European Union.

orders to European and non-European Union countries are shipped via DHL.

you can have your e-shop order delivered directly to our Printemps Haussmann or Galeries Lafayette Haussmann corner. to do so, simply select the desired pickup corner when placing your order. you will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready for collection (approximately 2 business days).

if you wish to change the delivery address that you have provided, please contact us customer service (by email at eshop@legramme.com 30 minutes maximum after placing your order. be careful, despite all our efforts and our reactivity, it is impossible for us to guarantee that we will be able to change the address on time.

returns

le gramme does not offer direct exchanges of your jewelry. if you wish to order another size or another model, we invite you to complete your return request via this form . as soon as your request is validated, you will receive a prepaid return slip by email.

you must enter your order number as well as your delivery postal code.

you can follow the returns instructions on the issued slip.

upon receipt of your package, we will contact you by email to confirm the processing of your return.

please note: only jewelry received in perfect condition, not engraved and in its original, intact packaging can be returned

in order for us to return your jewelry, it must return to us in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.

for returns of the "le gramme special gift box," only those including the complete contents (jewelry, t-shirt, water bottle, stickers - all in perfect condition) will be processed.

to return a le gramme item, please complete your return request using this form once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email. return instructions will be detailed on the return label.

to complete your request, you will need to provide your order number and delivery postal code, as well as specify in the ‘comments’ section the product and size requested for exchange.

upon receipt of your package, you’ll receive an email confirming the processing of your exchange.

note: only jewelry received in perfect condition, unengraved, and in its original, intact packaging will be eligible for exchange. engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.

if your jewelry does not suit you, le gram offers you the return of your order*.

*le gramme takes care of one return per order at its own expense.

for orders of jewelry belonging to the "sales" selection, returns will be charged €10 (converted into the local quote) per shipment. these fees will be directly deducted from your refund.

you have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return (excluding special operations) or an exchange.


extended return period:

for all jewelry purchases made between november 17 and december 19, returns will be accepted until january 5, 2025.

personalized jewelry is not refundable.

please note that special orders subject to a quote and custom production are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

the processing time for your return is 15 days . the refund amount will be credited to the payment method used to make the purchase.

to organize your return, complete our returns form and follow the instructions on the slip.

after-sales service

if you encounter a problem with your jewelry, contact customer service by email at eshop@legramme.com or via the "help" button at the bottom of the screen. we will process your request as quickly as possible.

925 sterling silver is a noble material whose appearance can change over time depending on factors such as water exposure and skin pH. it is normal for your jewelry to oxidize naturally.

however, you can restore its original shine by carefully cleaning it with a polishing cloth and/or using a product designed for silver care. be sure to clean your jewelry gently to avoid any surface imperfections.

depending on the piece of jewelry concerned, the processing time for after-sales service is 6 to 8 weeks . our customer service will keep you informed of the progress of after-sales service for your jewelry.

if your cord is damaged and/or has broken, you must notify customer service who will then send you a new cord with an explanatory guide for mounting it on your jewelry.
